2. Services
Mozal Media provides advertising and media production services, including but not limited to corporate video production, ad films, and promotional content creation. The specifics of each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or project proposal.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Advance Payment
We require a payment of 50% of the total project cost as an advance before we commence work on any project. This advance payment is non-refundable.
3.2 Payment Schedule
The remaining 50% of the project cost is due upon project completion and before the final delivery of the completed work.
3.3 Non-Refundable Advance
If, for any reason, you decide not to proceed with the project after the advance payment has been made, the advance payment will not be refunded.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals required for us to complete the project in a timely manner. Any delays in providing the necessary information or approvals may result in project delays, for which we are not responsible.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All materials, content, and work produced by Mozal Media during the course of the project will remain the property of Mozal Media until full payment has been received.
5.2 License
Upon receipt of full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final delivered materials for the purposes outlined in the project agreement.
6. Confidentiality
We understand the importance of confidentiality and agree to keep all information shared with us during the course of the project confidential. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without your prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mozal Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Site or services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site; or (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Site by any third party.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Site and services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms & Conditions.
